Whether you're freshly postpartum or a seasoned mom of many years, this online gathering offers gentle movement, grounded breathwork, and a supportive space to simply be.

Starting Sunday, July 5th at 9:00 AM CST, this weekly class at Mama Lotus Yoga & Doula Services will be held live on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home—no matter where you are in the world or in your motherhood journey.
