A sibling doula is a trained professional who offers emotional and practical support to children during the birth of a new sibling. From preparing them ahead of time to staying by their side while you're in labor, a sibling doula makes sure your child feels secure, informed, and cared for throughout the experience.

This may include:

  • Age-appropriate explanations about labor and birth

  • Fun, familiar routines and engaging activities

  • Reassurance, gentle guidance, and emotional validation

  • Accompanying siblings to the birth center or hospital (if preferred)

$100 discount available if you’re comfortable with me bringing my own child along (if I’m staying home with your little)
