A postpartum doula provides non-medical support in the days, weeks, and months after birth. I offer hands-on help, emotional support, and evidence-based guidance to help you adjust to life with a newborn. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, you don’t have to do this alone.
Postpartum Services Include:
Newborn Care – Diapering, soothing, swaddling, and helping you feel confident with baby basics
Meal Prep & Light Housekeeping – Dishes, laundry, tidying, and preparing nourishing meals
Mama Care – Encouraging rest, recovery, hydration, and emotional well-being
Breastfeeding Support – Basic guidance for latch, positioning, comfort, pumping, and even bottle feeding
Errands & Grocery Runs – Taking the pressure off your to-do list
Sibling Support - Caring for your big kids so you can focus on rest, recovery, and your newborn.
Educational Support – Infant care tips, postpartum recovery info, and local referrals
24/7 Call & Text Support – Ongoing reassurance and answers when you need them most
Bonus: When you book a package, you receive access to the Virtual Yoga Classes, specifically designed for postpartum moms.

Hourly Day Support
Support for mom, baby, and the whole family during the day
$45/hour
Hourly Night Support
Gentle, quiet support during the night so you can get the rest you need
$50/hour
Discounted Package options
Select the option that works best for you. These hours break down into four hours of support during the day or ten to twelve hours overnight. You can mix daytime and nighttime support.
100 Hours of Support: $4,000
200 Hours of Support: $8,000
300 Hours of Support: $12,000
