What is a Postpartum Doula?

A Postpartum Doula provides non-medical support in the days, weeks, and months after birth. I offer hands-on help, emotional support, and evidence-based guidance to help you adjust to life with a newborn. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, you don’t have to do this alone.

Postpartum Services Include:

  • What's Included

    • Overnight Newborn Care – Gentle, attentive care for your baby throughout the night, including diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, burping, bottle feeding (if applicable), and settling baby back to sleep. If you're breastfeeding, I'll bring your baby to you for feedings and take care of everything else.

    • Postpartum Recovery Support – Helping you prioritize rest and recovery by creating a calm overnight environment and offering compassionate emotional support during the postpartum period.

    • Light Household Support – Washing bottles and pump parts, washing dishes, and completing mom and baby laundry so you can wake up to a more peaceful home.

    • Infant Feeding Support – Evidence-based support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, paced bottle feeding, and newborn feeding cues, tailored to your family's goals.

    • Newborn Education – Practical guidance on newborn care, sleep, soothing techniques, swaddling, normal newborn behavior, and building confidence as new parents.

    • Meal Preparation – Fresh, nourishing meals prepared in your home to support your recovery and keep you well-fed during the postpartum period, giving you one less thing to think about as you care for yourself and your baby.

    • Snack Preparation – Nutritious, ready-to-enjoy snacks prepared while you rest, so you have wholesome, convenient options to nourish yourself throughout the day without the added stress of prep.

    • Unlimited Call & Text Support – Ongoing support between visits to answer questions, offer reassurance, and help you navigate the early postpartum weeks.

    Bonus: Every overnight support package includes a complimentary Postpartum Journal to help you reflect, track your recovery, and document your journey.

Types of Postpartum Doula Support

Nightly Support

Overnight Postpartum Support

Compassionate, hands-on overnight care for you and your baby so you can get the rest needed to heal, recover, and thrive. While you sleep, I'll provide attentive newborn care, support breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and take care of light overnight household tasks so you can wake up feeling refreshed and supported.

$500/ night: Overnight support is provided in 10-hour shifts.

Hourly bookings are subject to availability, as my schedule often fills several months in advance. For the best chance of securing your desired dates, I recommend reserving your support as early as possible.

All packages are provided in 10-hour overnight shifts, giving you the opportunity to rest while your baby receives attentive, compassionate care throughout the night.
