I’m Mya; mother, yoga instructor, birth doula, postpartum doula, and founder of Mama Lotus Yoga & Doula Services. Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is not just my work; it’s my calling. It’s the heart of everything I do.

Over the past six years, I’ve guided women through the transformative power of yoga. I’ve seen firsthand how it holds and nurtures us, through all the challenges that come with being a mom. As a mother myself, I deeply understand how easy it is to care for everyone else while forgetting to care for ourselves.

That’s why I created two different virtual yoga classes, to meet you exactly where you are.


Blossom: Prenatal Yoga for Mamas

Blossom is a gentle, grounding yoga class specifically designed for pregnant women. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, this class helps you:

  • Relieve common pregnancy discomforts

  • Build confidence and strength for birth

  • Connect to your growing baby

  • Use breathwork to reduce anxiety and prepare for labor

  • Connect with other women experiencing pregnancy right alongside you

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga. You simply need to carve out one hour for you and your baby. The class is trauma-informed, accessible, and welcoming to all bodies and birth plans. You belong here, Mama.


Held: Yoga for Mamas

Postpartum & Beyond

Held is for every mama after the bump, whether you're newly postpartum or years into motherhood. This class is a soft landing where you can come back to yourself.

  • Move gently and reconnect with your body

  • Support pelvic floor and core healing

  • Manage stress and overwhelm through breathwork

  • Feel seen, supported, and not alone

  • Be part of a loving community of other mothers

No experience necessary. No expectations. No pressure. You can show up tired, emotional, or just needing to sit and breathe. You’ll be welcomed just as you are.
