Motherhood is one of the most beautiful, transformative experiences of life, and also one of the most exhausting and overwhelming. Whether you’re growing a baby, healing after birth, or juggling life with little ones, you deserve a space that’s just for you.

That’s why I created MamaLotus Motherhood Wellness, a cozy corner of the internet where moms like you and me can breathe, move, and reconnect with ourselves. This channel used to be called Mama Lotus Yoga, but I wanted the name to reflect everything I offer now, not just yoga, but meditations, breathwork, and mindful practices designed specifically for moms in every season of motherhood.

Every video is designed with you in mind, and best of all, it’s 100% free and available anytime, anywhere.


Why I Created MamaLotus

I’m a mother myself, and after becoming one, I quickly realized just how underserved moms really are. The endless to-do lists, the emotional highs and lows, the physical changes, it’s a lot. And yet, the support we get? Often feels so small, so scattered.

I know what it’s like to crave a moment of peace in the chaos, to want to care for myself but not know where to start, or to feel guilty for wanting time just for me.

You’re not alone. We are one of the same, walking this beautiful, messy journey together. That’s why I created this space, to offer you gentle movement, calming breathwork, and nurturing meditations that meet you exactly where you are, no judgment, no pressure.
